Ingersoll, Ontario Town Hall

The Ingersoll, Ontario Town Center has many purposes. On the main floor is a branch of the Oxford County Library. The second floor are the offices for the town and the town council chambers as well as a meeting room. The offices are split in two. One side is Zoning, By-laws, structural ect, and the other is administrative, treasury and Economic Development. The basement is closed to the public. It contains the I. T department and extra storage.

Ingersoll District Collegiate Institute

Ingersoll District Collegiate Institute (aka I.D.C.I. ) is a public high school in Ingersoll, Ontario. As the only high school in Ingersoll, it also serves the village of Thamesford, and the rural areas surrounding both communities. It is in the Thames Valley District School Board (TVDSB). It is located in the north end of the town on Alma street. Historian and educator J.C. Herbert was a long-term principal of the school, where he has an award named after him.

CAMI Automotive

CAMI Automotive, originally known as Canadian Automotive Manufacturing Inc. , was an independently incorporated joint venture of automobile manufacturing in Ingersoll, Ontario, Canada and formed the third step of GM's three-pronged initiative of the mid-1980s to capture and practice the Japanese mystique of automotive management. The other two were NUMMI in California with Toyota and Saturn Corporation, the latter a wholly owned alternative to apply its learnings into practice.
