Bell Farm (Indian Head, Saskatchewan)

Bell Farm is a heritage farm built in 1882 by Major Bell on ten miles (16 km) square or 60,000 acres at Indian Head. The Bell Farm Barn is amongst the ten top most endangered sites by the Heritage Canada Foundation. sp The round structure consisted of a silo which could be used also as a lookout tower. The silo had a capacity of 4,000 bushels of oats and 100 tons of hay. The surrounding area could house 36 horse and an office.

Qu'Appelle-Wolseley

Qu'Appelle-Wolseley is a former provincial electoral district for the Legislative Assembly of the province of Saskatchewan, Canada. This district was created before the 8th Saskatchewan general election in 1934 by combining the constituencies of South Qu'Appelle and Wolseley. Redrawn and renamed "Indian Head-Wolseley" in 1975, the riding was dissolved before the 23rd Saskatchewan general election in 1995. It is now part of the Indian Head-Milestone and Regina Wascana Plains constituencies.

Katepwa South, Saskatchewan

Katepwa South is a hamlet in Abernethy Rural Municipality No. 186, Saskatchewan, Canada. In 2006 the community had a population of 125 people. It previously held the status of a village until it was amalgamated into the District of Katepwa on July 24, 2004. The hamlet is located 23 km south of the Town of Fort Qu'Appelle on highway 56. The community is located on the southwest shore of Katepwa Lake.

Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewan

Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewan is located on Highway 35 30 miles east of the provincial capital of Regina. Qu'Appelle was for a time the terminus of the Canadian Pacific Railway and the major distribution centre for what was then the District of Assiniboia in the North-West Territories and is now southern Saskatchewan. The town is situated in a lush rolling parkland, with intermittent coulees containing steady-flowing creeks running into the Qu'Appelle Valley, poplar bluffs and sloughs.
