Dal Lake (Himachal Pradesh)

The name Dal Lake is taken from Kashmir natural's lake called Dal Lake, is a small mid-altitude lake (1,775 m above sea level) near the village of Tota Rani in Kangra district in northern India. The lake is surrounded by deodar trees and is considered as a sacred spot as there is small Shiva mandir (shrine) on its bank. There are different kinds of fish that live in this lake. Bharmour

Bharmour, formally known as Brahmpura, was the ancient capital of Chamba district, India. Situated at an altitude of 7000 feet in the Budhil valley, forty miles to the south-east of Chamba, Bharmour is known for its scenic beauty and for its ancient temples. Some of the temples are believed to date from 10th century. As the whole country around Bharmour is supposed to belong to lord Shiva, it is popularly spoken of as Shiva Bhumi, abode of lord Shiva.

Men-Tsee-Khang

Men-Tsee-Khang officially Tibetan Medical and Astro. Institute), is a charitable institution based at Dharamsala, Himachal Predesh, India. The institute was formally incepted by the 13th Dalai Lama, at Lhasa in the year of 1916. In the aftermath of Chinese occupation of Tibet, the 14th Dalai Lama came to India where he reestablished the institution with the following mission. 1. To promote and practice Tibetan Medicine as well Tibetan astronomy and astrology 2.

Kangda Police Stadium

The Kangda Police Stadium is a cricket ground in Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh, India. The ground first held a first-class match in 1990 when Himachal Pradesh played Haryana in the 1990/91 Ranji Trophy. The following season a further first-class match was held when Himachal Predesh played the Services in the 1991/92 Ranji Trophy. No further major matches have been staged there.

HPCA Stadium

HPCA Stadium Stadium (Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium) is a cricket stadium located in the city of Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh, India. The town is best known internationally as the home of the Dalai Lama of Tibet. The nearest airport is Gaggal at Kangra, about 15km away. The stadium is home to Himachal Pradesh cricket team for Ranji Trophy matches and other limited overs matches. The stadium was the venue for two IPL matches as it is a home stadium for the Kings XI Punjab.
