Wilsden

Wilsden is a village and civil parish to the west of Bradford, in West Yorkshire, England. Wilsden is close to the Aire Valley and the nearby villages of Denholme, Cullingworth, Harden, Cottingley and Allerton. Wilsden re-acquired civil parish status in 2004. The Brontë Country is a name given to an area of south Pennine hills west of Bradford in West Yorkshire, England. Brontë Parsonage Museum

Beckfoot Bridge

Beckfoot Bridge (also known as the Packhorse Bridge) was historically a significant crossing point over Harden Beck in Bingley, West Yorkshire, England. It was constructed alongside the historical ford across the beck. It is wide enough for pedestrians or single file horses. In 1974 it was given grade II listed building status.

Oakworth Hall

Oakworth Hall is located in Oakworth, West Yorkshire, England. The manor house was rebuilt in the 17th century, but has a history dating back to 1066. The building overlooks the Worth Valley, facing south towards Haworth. Nearby is Holden Park, which was the site of Oakworth House and its grounds, once owned by Sir Isaac Holden, an inventor who is said to have invented the lucifer match and revolutionised the process of carding wool. He also owned Oakworth Hall.
