Kneesall

Kneesall is a village in the East Midlands of England in the county of Nottinghamshire. Forming part of the civil parish of Kneesall, Kersall and Ompton and of Newark and Sherwood district, Kneesall is situated on the A616 between Newark-on-Trent and Ollerton. The village is three miles from neighbouring Eakring and four miles from Laxton.

Beth Shalom Holocaust Centre

Beth Shalom (lit. "House of Peace") is a Holocaust memorial centre near Laxton in Nottinghamshire in England. Opened in 1995, it is England's only Holocaust museum. The centre was founded by brothers James and Stephen Smith following a 1991 visit to Israel during which a trip to Yad Vashem changed the way they looked at history and the Holocaust.

Nottinghamshire

Nottinghamshire is a county in the East Midlands of England, bordering South Yorkshire to the north-west, Lincolnshire to the east, Leicestershire to the south, and Derbyshire to the west. Rufford Abbey

Rufford Abbey is an country estate in Rufford, Nottinghamshire, England, some 2 miles (4 km) south of Ollerton. Originally a Cistercian abbey, it was converted to a country house in the 16th century after the Dissolution of the Monasteries. Part of the house was demolished in the 20th century, but the remains, standing in 150 acres of park and woodland, are open to the public as a country park.
