Cazenovia Lake /ˌkæzɨˈnoʊviə/ is a lake in New York, United States. It is located 20 miles from Syracuse, New York. Cazenovia, New York is located southeast of the lake. The lake is roughly 4 miles (6.5 km) long and 0.5 mile (1 km) wide. It is 65 feet (20 m) at its deepest point. Cazenovia Lake is drained from its south-east corner which flows into Chittenango Creek about 1/2 mile (800 m) to the east.

The name derives from the town having served as a rendezvous for the Sullivan Expedition. The Town of Union is in the south-central part of the county, west of Binghamton.
